Key Concepts & Tools
The vast majority of people are subconsciously in a state of Self-Loathing, which means they are not even aware of the fact that they do not like themselves. Most people are not consciously thinking to themselves “I hate myself,” because they are not conscious of it. Self-loathing is a deeply rooted subconscious psychological condition which requires a significant investment of time and work using personal development tools and skills in order to uncover and examine it. Self-Loathing comes from failing to have a positive relationship with Oneself. Self-Loathing manifests as a spectrum of feelings and/or thoughts depending on the individual’s psychological condition and awareness levels, such as feelings of unworthiness, not feeling good enough, worthlessness, inadequacy, self-hatred, self-sabotage, lack of respect for self (includes ingesting substances that harm the body/mind), codependency, narcissism, depression, anxiety, refusal to take responsibility and accountability for one’s own actions, shame, guilt, judgmentalism, loneliness, abandonment issues, inability to forgive, addiction, psychological denial, cognitive dissonance, megalomania, abuse of power, violating other peoples’ sovereignty (i.e. rape, harassment, theft, harm, murder, violence), the need to control others, abusive, racism, sexism, misogyny, etc. The process of identifying Self-Loathing in Oneself also requires understanding the root cause of it.
Self-Respect v. Self-Loathing
Self-Loathing is created when an earlier TRAUMA has been suppressed and buried into the Subconscious Mind, instead of being confronted, dealt with, and healed. Such trauma could take the form of feelings of INADEQUACY, whether real, suggested, or imagined.
Self-Respect heals Self-Loathing. It means looking at Yourself (introspection) to take another look at Oneself. You cannot give something to someone you do not have. Also referred to as Shadow Work (Ego).
Self-Hatred & Anxiety

Care & Compassion
How To Cultivate Care & Compassion
You cannot give that which you do not have. Helping others (outer work) first starts with helping yourself by doing inner work. People who do not love themselves, cannot love others. People who do not respect themselves, cannot respect others. People who do not care about themselves, cannot care about others. People who cannot forgive themselves, cannot forgive others. And so on and so forth.
In order to understand how to cultivate Care and Compassion, you first must understand what the principles and concepts of Care and Compassion are.
Care is a different principle and concept from Compassion.
CARE: It must be present in order for any change to manifest itself. CARE is a generative principle of creation.
What are you giving attention to and helping to grow? What are you focusing upon? What you focus on is what you give your energy. Thus what is getting generated, created, and growing. This is what you actually Care enough about To Do, to spend your time on, to put your attention on, to manifest in the world. CARE is what generates our experience in the aggregate.
This does not mean that if you pay attention to the negative things that occur in the outer world that you give power to or feed into it, as some New Age philosophies wrongly teach. It’s actually the exact opposite of some New Age philosophies. By ignoring the negative you are ensuring that more of it occurs. You are actually fueling the negative things that occur in the outer world by choosing ignorance.
Most people do not Care about what is really happening. Therefore it is an impossibility for us in the aggregate to change the direction of energy, consciousness, and ultimately to get what we say we want. This is how the real Law of Attraction works
